Mobile separator for on-site manure separation

Knapen Agro BVBA from Kinrooi, Belgium, helps agricultural companies with the processing and separation of manure on site. This is done with the help of a number of specialist manure processing installations. One of them is a mobile manure separator that can be used on any farm. We designed and built this manure separator for Knapen Agro BVBA.

Agricultural companies use Knapen Agro BVBA for the separation, processing and collection of both pig and cow manure. The mobile separator is used on site for the separation of slurry. This machine allows the slurry to be quickly separated into solid manure and a thin residual liquid. This is done in accordance with the manure processing regulations for farmers in the Netherlands.

The mobile separator developed by us is fixed on a detachable truck trailer, with a power supply 'on board' and a conveyor belt for the removal of the solid manure.
