UNDER ONE ROOF
Everything revolves around metal
Metalworking is at the heart of our business. Many of the ideas we come up with for our customers ultimately have to be fashioned from steel, stainless steel or aluminium. We have specialists for all conceivable metalworking processes, who carry out their work using advanced machines and equipment.
Because we offer the total package of sheet metalworking, structural work, machining and assembly, you now need just one supplier:
Sheet metal fabrication
A cut above the rest in every facet
We master all the processes required to deliver perfect sheet metal work in steel, stainless steel or aluminium down to the smallest detail. Or better still: our experienced and technically skilled employees are able to master the process. They understand the trade of metal fabrication like no other. Laser cutting, bending, mechanical deburring, punching, cutting and rolling are the operations that they do for you with precision and personal attention.
- laser cutting
- mechanical deburring
If you're looking for premium quality, you fit the profile
Profiles made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium form an important part of the construction of products or machines in many industries. At HVL you can have a wide ranges of profiles, including tubes, machined quickly and accurately. To achieve the best results we use a state-of-the-art tube laser (Trumpf Tube 7000).
- laser cutting (tube laser)
For the production of semi-manufactured products and finished products (e.g. machines) we use the following machining production techniques:
- CNC turning
- CNC milling
We have both 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, allowing us to produce even the most complex shapes accurately and quickly.
Our structural work is made using steel, stainless steel or aluminium. We do this using the following techniques:
- Certified welders and robots
- High-strength steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- GMA welding and TIG
- Welding piping with shielding gas and forming gas
HVL can rely on a team of certified welders and robots. We are both ISO 9606-1 (2017) and ASME IX (2015) certified and have welding coordinators (International Welding Technologists) at our disposal to guarantee our quality.
We have the knowledge and experience to carry out high-level installation and assembly assignments. This includes, for example, assembly modules or parts for companies in the mechanical engineering industry.
Anyone walking around at HVL, even those without a technical background, will be impressed by the modern machines and equipment. Some machines are even more impressive than others. Not always in terms of size, but certainly in terms of the possibilities.
