If you're looking for premium quality, you fit the profile

Profiles made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium form an important part of the construction of products or machines in many industries. At HVL you can have a wide ranges of profiles, including tubes, machined quickly and accurately. To achieve the best results we use a state-of-the-art tube laser (Trumpf Tube 7000).

For the production of semi-manufactured products and finished products (e.g. machines) we use the following machining production techniques:

We have both 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, allowing us to produce even the most complex shapes accurately and quickly.

Structural work

Our structural work is made using steel, stainless steel or aluminium. We do this using the following techniques:

Certified welders and robots
High-strength steel, stainless steel and aluminium
GMA welding and TIG
Welding piping with shielding gas and forming gas

HVL can rely on a team of certified welders and robots. We are both ISO 9606-1 (2017) and ASME IX (2015) certified and have welding coordinators (International Welding Technologists) at our disposal to guarantee our quality.
