TRUMPF TRULASER TUBE 7000
HVL expands with a new tube laser! Our new TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 will be operational from June 2019 onwards.
The flexible 3D laser head will enable us to cut extremely high-quality bevel cuts. The machine can cut pipes and profiles with a maximum diameter of 254 mm and up to 10 mm wall thickness in structural steel.
New:It is now possible to carry out additional machining processes, such as friction drilling, hole tapping and drilling in the machine, during the machining process.
TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 is powered by automatic track rollers or the swivel transport tracks. Thanks to permanent sensor monitoring, we can flawlessly feed and extract lengths of up to 6 metres.
The 7000 stands for 7000 special profiles that the TruLaser Tube can cut.

Cuts of outstanding quality up to a 45° angle.
To be able to offer the complete package, the machine is equipped with the bevel cut option. Thanks to its extremely versatile laser head, the tube laser is able to make precision cuts of up to 45° of high quality.
NEW: screw thread
As an option, the TruLaser Tube 7000 can also perform further process steps! Just think of threading. The standardised tool holder is suitable for all kinds of threading tools.
Seamline Tube
SeamLine Tube identifies seam welds or markings in order to align each tube correctly on the machine. As an option, the function can scan the inside of the tube.
