TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000
HVL expands with a new tube laser! Our new TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 will be operational in July 2019.
The flexible 3D laser head will enable us to cut extremely high-quality bevel cuts. The machine can cut pipes and profiles with a maximum diameter of 254 mm and up to 10 mm wall thickness in structural steel.
New: It is now possible to carry out additional machining processes, such as friction drilling, hole tapping and drilling in the machine, during the machining process.
TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 is powered by automatic track rollers or the swivel transport tracks. Thanks to permanent sensor monitoring, we can flawlessly feed and extract lengths of up to 6 metres.
